2. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be paid for in full before production begins. We accept payments via Paystack (Cards, Bank Transfer). Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Artwork & Design
You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork you upload meets our specifications. We are not responsible for spelling errors or low-resolution images in files provided by you.
If you use our design service, you are entitled to up to 3 revisions. Further revisions may incur additional charges.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If there is a production error on our part, we will reprint your order free of charge.
