Return Conditions
We accept returns/reprints under the following conditions:
- Production errors (smudges, wrong cuts, wrong paper stock)
- Damage during shipping
- Quantity discrepancies
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
- Spelling errors in your provided artwork
- Low resolution images provided by you
- Change of mind after production has started
How to Request a Reprint
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it.
- Take clear photos of the issue
- Email us at support@printpier.com with your order number and photos
- Our team will review your claim within 24 hours
